THE VINYLES ARE PLASTIC MATERIALS THAT COME INTO COILS AND ADHERE TO THE COTTON OR POLYESTER GARMENTS AFTER APPLYING THE PRESSURE AND HEAT
There are different colors of vinyls, which are cut on a plotter or cutting table and applied directly to the garment. This technique is widely used to place numbers or names on sports clothes.
The printing vinyl is white and printed prior to cutting. It is used to place shields and logos on polyester and cotton garments allowing four colors. It is ideal for small runs.
Another technique used is the serigraphic transfer, whose results are similar to silk screen printing although it is applied as a vinyl. To access it, it is necessary to order a certain number of logos or badges, although they can be applied to different garments and in different periods.
